COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS

DREAM TEAM

Dream Team is a USA Gymnastics certified competitive program. They have been "Turning Dreams Into a Reality" since 1989! These gymnasts range from level 4 all the way through level 9. All of our coaches are all professionally trained and USA Gymnastics certified coaches. 

All of the athletes in the Dream Team program have been exclusively selected to compete. This is a serious commitment and requires a certain level of skill, flexibility, and strength.

DGC STORM

DGC Storm is a competitive Gym Stars team. Storm is coached by Ms. Allison and Ms. Daja. They have been "Taking Douglasville by STORM!" since 2017. DGC Storm is made up of gymnasts who are excelling in our recreational program and are ready to move on to something more competitive.
